Therapy for Self Esteem
“Self-esteem” is a term that we hear often, but not one that we put a lot of thought into defining. I define “self-esteem” as the umbrella that encompasses how you see yourself, your self-worth, and your value. We’ll explore the experiences and relationships that led to your current sense of self in order to understand your current state of being. We’ll focus on building and improving self-compassion as a way to help you feel more connected to yourself, your values, and the people around you.
